The exhibition dedicated to artists’ videos ’Altri Quadri. Artists and Images in Motion’. The six monthly appointments, from October 2024 to March 2025, will include the screening of films, experimental videos or documentaries born from the encounter between the techniques of cinema and the languages of art. A true cultural season curated by Martina Melilli and organised by the institutions that deal with the contemporary in the area: Mart, Centro Santa Chiara and Nuovo Cineforum Rovereto.
The appointments are conceived as a space for meeting and sharing during which the public can get to know and dialogue with the artists who will be present from time to time. During the initial aperitif, offered by Cavit, the Mart’s main sponsor, it will be possible to meet the curator, the organisers, the artists and to establish informal relations.
From the following day and until the appointment of the following month, the video works will be screened in the Mart’s conference room.
